Fluffy Corn Fritters
1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 1/3 cup milk

1 chopped Jalapeno - seeds are you choice

1 can white shoe-peg corn

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder and/or Garlic powder.

mix all until smooth

cover and refridgerate for 1 hour

stir and fry in spoonful sizes until golden brown and floats.
